All cleans that fall between December 24, 2025 and January 5, 2026 will be automatically cancelled.

If your clean is scheduled to take place during our holiday closure and you would like to reschedule it, please contact us right away! Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you at your next regularly scheduled clean.

We will be open evenings and weekends in December to accommodate rescheduled cleans.

If you would like to reschedule your clean, just give us a call!

We will reopen on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

During cold and flu season, we totally understand when illness can make you need to cancel or reschedule your clean - life happens!

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least one hour’s notice. If we arrive and someone at home is contagious or the clean is canceled on the spot, the full regular cleaning fee will still apply.

This helps us respect our team’s time and keep everyone safe and healthy, something we care deeply about. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Whether you’ve got kids or dogs (or both!), their toys get a lot of love. Keeping them clean is important to keep your family healthy and happy.

To keep kids’ and pets’ toys fresh and clean, fill a bucket or tub with warm water, a squeeze of Dawn dish soap, and a splash of cleaning vinegar. Soak smaller toys right in the mix, or use a Scrub Daddy and a microfiber cloth (we love Norwex!) for those larger items. This simple, all-natural method helps remove grime and bacteria to get toys clean and ready for playtime.

Once everything’s clean, it’s time to tackle the clutter! Cute baskets from Homesense or customized bins from Etsy are a great way to keep toys organized and your space looking tidy.

Make cleanup a fun game for the kids by customizing their own baskets with fun colours or names where they can put their toys when they’re not being used.

Pet toys can be also tucked away in personalized bins - bonus points if you can train your pets to put away their own toys, too!

Allie is an incredible team member, assistant, and all-around wonderful human! Her eagerness to learn is unmatched, and she picks up new things faster than anyone I’ve ever met. Allie is truly the calm in any storm, always bringing kindness and warmth wherever she goes. Always happy to help, she’d quite literally give you the shirt off her back! I feel beyond lucky to have her as part of this family and as one of my right hands. We all adore her — team and clients alike. Meet Allie once, and you’ll be smitten like a kitten!
