Reminder that our updated rates came into effect on effective July 1, 2026.

Hourly Rate: $58/hour plus tax

2 Hour Minimum: $120 plus tax

Why are our hourly rates changing?

We adjust our rates to align with inflation and to ensure we can pay our staff a living wage!

Clean & Tidy will be closed on:

Monday, August 3, 2026 (Civic Holiday)

Cleans that fall on these dates will be automatically cancelled. If you would like to reschedule your clean, just give us a call!

heat safety reminder

With scorching summer heat upon us, it’s crucial for us to have a safe environment to work in.

Please keep the air conditioner on for our cleaners' safety and wellbeing! Our job is very physical, and if it's too hot inside, we can't do it safely. Opening windows can actually make it hotter inside your home. Consider closing blinds or curtains to help with heat levels.

Our Heat safety policy

Cleaners may open windows or use A/C to ensure the wellbeing of our staff. They will return all settings to normal and close any windows before leaving. Please let us know if a cleaner has failed todo so.

If the home is not equipped with air conditioning and opening windows does not alleviate the heat, we also reserve the right to end the clean and instruct the cleaner to leave if the temperature in the home reaches unsafe levels for the physical exertion of cleaning. In this event, clients will be charged for the time spent cleaning as follows:

● Under 2 hours: $120.00 plus tax

● Over 2 hours: clients will only be charged for the time spent cleaning
