Best all natural productss for cleaning toilets
If it’s an all natural cleaning product, we’ve tried it and tested it so you don’t have to!
Here are our two top methods for cleaning toilets:
This bathroom cleaner and odour neutralizer is easy peasy to use: just add it to your toilet bowl full strength and scrub to clean!
Baking Soda and Vinegar/Water Mix
First, mix up your vinegar/water cleaning mix at a 1:1 ratio in a standard spray bottle.
Next, sprinkle a quarter to a half cup of baking soda directly into the toilet bowl. Spray this down with your vinegar/water mix and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before scrubbing with a toilet brush.
Bonus Tips
✅ Add cleaning vinegar to the toilet tank to reduce build up in the toilet bowl.
✅ Avoid silicone toilet brushes! They do not provide a thorough scrub, especially under the rim. Stick with the tried, tested, and true basic toilet brush for the best results!

After the heartbreaking loss of her husband, she’s continued to raise her children with courage and love, showing them every day what it means to persevere. Even when the days are heavy, Nikky finds strength. She teaches her kids—and all of us—that when life takes an unexpected turn, you dig deep, stay strong, and look for joy in the little things. Nikky continues to show up, give her best, and lead by example. I admire her deeply—and I know I’m not alone.

Our first Small Business Spotlight is on Hero Washing, an exterior cleaning company providing window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and more in Kitchener and Waterloo.
I did a consultation with Hero Washing for an exterior house cleaning service and was incredibly impressed. Both owners (Eduard and Nathan) came to meet with me and made me feel comfortable right away. They went over the details of the service along with answering all my questions professionally.
These young men started their company at just 18 years old! They have been in business for a few years and are growing exponentially, and from my meeting it was easy to see why: they are trustworthy, hardworking, and determined.
And yes, they do wear the capes to clean!
I have booked my exterior services with Hero Washing for mid June and am very much looking forward to it.
